Quorum
SOLANA @QUORUMfunX
The launchpad that can refuse to launch · Solana

Nothing launches until enough people show up.

Every launch on Quorum is a ballot. Commit, and if the target number of wallets commits within 48 hours, the whole book fills in one block at one price — there is no first block to snipe. Miss the target and the ballot voids: every commit goes back.

SOL

Committing locks your SOL until the ballot resolves — at most 48 hours. That wait is the real cost of this design, and it is the first thing we tell you.

01 · Mechanism

A launch is a vote, not a race

Bonding curves reward whoever is fastest. A ballot rewards whoever turns up — and pays everyone the same price for doing it.

01
Open

The dev sets the quorum

A number of unique wallets, a minimum commit, and a 48-hour clock. All three are written into the ballot before anyone can sign it, and none of them can be edited after.

02
Sign

People commit in public

Every commit is on-chain and visible while the ballot is open — wallet, amount, age of the wallet. You can read the room before you join it, which is the opposite of a stealth launch.

03
Quorum met

The whole book fills in one block

Hit the number and the launch executes atomically: every signer receives tokens at one identical price. There is no first block to win, so being fast buys nothing.

04
Void

Or nobody launches and everyone is refunded

The clock runs out below quorum and the ballot is void. Commits become claimable immediately, and anyone can crank the refund for anyone else — it doesn't depend on us.

Guaranteed by the program

Not guaranteed by anything

That the token survives the weeka fair entry is still an entry into a memecoin
That the dev is honest after the fillquorum governs the entry, not the rest of the life

Why 48 hours

Short enough that your SOL isn't hostage to someone's marketing plan, long enough that a launch doesn't depend on who happened to be awake. If the idea can't gather its people in two days, the refund is the correct outcome.

Why unique wallets, not SOL raised

A target measured in SOL is cleared by one whale and tells you nothing. A target measured in wallets at least makes a single buyer do the work of looking like a crowd — and that work is visible on-chain while it happens.

04 · Honest

Read this before you sign anything

Sybils clear quorums

One person with a hundred wallets looks exactly like a hundred people. We measure wallets, not humans, and we publish every signer's wallet age so you can judge the crowd yourself instead of trusting the counter.

Your SOL sits still

Up to 48 hours locked, earning nothing, for a launch that may never happen. That is a real cost of a fair entry, and it is the honest trade this pad asks you to make.

A fair entry is not a good bet

Everyone paying the same price does not make the price right. Quorum fixes who gets the first ten minutes; it does not fix what happens in the next ten weeks.

No program id, no token

Nothing is deployed and there is nothing to buy. A pad whose entire promise is "your money comes back if the launch doesn't happen" has no business existing before that refund path is code — so the order is rules, program, audit, then ballots.

Anything calling itself a live Quorum today is not us.
